This is an alchemical process to release (purge) internal obstacles and stagnant Energy (“pathogenic Qi”), creating space to cultivate and strengthen (tonify) Energy resulting in Balance. We will practice with stretching, healing sounds, breathwork and gentle movements, finishing with a seated, guided meditation.
